Designed to introduce babies from a few months old with an accompanying adult to the water, where water confidence and safety skills are introduced.

Beginner lessons for children to  start the Learn to Swim pathway and develop their confidence, knowledge and skills.

Swimmers will be improving on all 4 strokes, skills and distance.

On completion swimmers will be able to swim 15 metres without any aids.

Swimmers will learn the basic water rescue and survival techniques as well as starts and turns for each of the strokes.

On completion of the series learners will be able to swim 100 metres.

Designed to introduce toddlers from 18 months old with an accompanying adult to the water, where water confidence and safety skills are introduced.

Children that can paddle with face in the water, and paddle on back.

On completion the swimmers will be able to swim 5 metres without any aids.

Swimmers will be learning basic survival techniques and fundamentals for starts and turns.

On completion swimmers will be able to swim 20 metres without any aids.

Swimmers with disabilities will learn to the joy of water. The series develops water confidence and water skills as well as increasing water safety awareness and knowledge.

Specifically designed to teach learners from 3 years with basic swimming and water safety skills.

Swimmers will be learning different skills, alongside improving all 4 strokes.

On completion the swimmers will be able to swim 10 metres without any aids.

Swimmers will be able to perform butterfly stroke as well as mastering sculling techniques and entries to the water.

On completion swimmers will be able to swim 25 metres without aids.
