Molly

Owner & Swim Teacher

In 2016, I was given the opportunity to become a Swimming Coordinator, during which I completed my teaching courses. Since then, I have gained experience teaching and running swimming programs, along with experience working with children since 2014.

I hold ASA Level 1 and 2 qualifications and Level 2 in coaching aquatic pre-fundamentals.

Currently teaching at both Dartford and Oxted

Michael

Owner & Swim Teacher

I began teaching swimming at the age of 18, while also managing and coaching both women’s and men’s basketball teams.

I have been

swim teaching and working with children since 1997. Holding both ASA Level 1 & 2.

Currently teaching at both Dartford and Oxted.

Tara

Swim Teacher

I began my teaching career in 2007 and, a year later, started teaching at Dartford Grammar School for Girls, where I have remained ever since. I also joined Sapphire when it was first established.

I hold ASA Level 1 and 2 qualifications, as well as Level 2 coaching in aquatic pre-fundamentals. Additionally, I am certified in Level 1, Level 2, and pre-Level 3 sign language.

Currently teaching at Dartford.

Swim Teacher

Since June 2024, I have held ASA Level 1 and 2 qualifications.

As a former club swimmer, I bring a strong background in swimming, with teaching experience at various locations and schools.

Assistant Swim Teahcer

I joined Sapphire when it was first established as a helper, and they supported me in completing my Swim England Level 1 Teaching Assistant course, which I recently passed!

I’m excited to begin my Level 2 course soon and pursue a career in swim teaching alongside my college studies.

Currently in Year 11 hoping to go into a career of child psychology one day!

I enjoy being with friends and family.

Also love swimming and have been taught by both Tara and Molly!

After taking lessons with Michael at Sapphire Swim School, I was inspired to start volunteering!

I can’t wait to help others learn to swim and share the same joy I’ve found in it.

In my spare time, I love building Lego, playing games, swimming, and I’m also learning to play the guitar!

I enjoy helping others, especially when it comes to assisting with my dad’s swimming classes. I can’t wait to follow in his footsteps and become a swimming teacher myself one day.

I also like playing football and I'm proud to be part of a team. In my free time, I like to play video games.

I have lessons with Michael and really enjoy swimming.

I love helping others, so I’m very excited to have the opportunity to volunteer at Sapphire Swim School.

Alongside swimming, I’m also a member of a dance and gymnastics squad, which I really enjoy.
